Busted In The Shadows Of Downtown

I stopped to get a few photos of downtown and I wasn't there for more than 45 seconds when all of a sudden a cop lights up a minivan and within a couple of minutes about 4 others show up! They obviously found someone they had been looking for because even more cops showed up! I really wanted some more photos of downtown from this angle, but the cops weren't going anywhere soon and I wasn't gonna hang around. I'll get those photos some other day!
