[previous] :: [next]I just rediscovered this golden oldie on my hard drive, which I took in June in front of Concordia University, at the corner of de Maisonneuve and Bishop. I think it's the largest stencil I ever saw. Here is a shot from further back, so you can see how it looks in relation to the building it's on. Too many cops in that area at night (just a block away from Crescent, the heart of the clubbing district) for it to be possible to "sneak" this piece onto a wall. I suspect the building in question may also be owned by Concordia University, which means that Concordia Security would notice as well. Actually, I'm rather surprised Sirhcbre did not post this one, since he must see it every day. Hope your classes are going well, man. You must be busy lately. Sirhcbre: 15th Nov 2006 - 01:02 GMTAs soon as I saw the post my first thought was "fuck, he got to it before me!" Everytime I walk by this I mean to take a picture and never do. Classes are going well but I'm super busy and no internet access. Seems to be a bit of a trend amongst Montreal Citynoise posters. Comment on this article..[previous] :: [next] |
