This set is from fire escapes in the EV Building on the Concordia University campus in Downtown Montreal. Each corner of the building has a fire escape with big windows where you can get awesome views of the city from every direction.

To the south. In the distance is the neighbourhood of Saint-Henri, then Verdun, then the Saint-Lawrence River:
