aer suzuki: 27th Sep 2006 - 01:03 GMTas far as i can tell it says "heck - twm". i'll go up and look closer next time i pass it, if i think of it. it might be related to a series of paste-ups that feature pictures of robot/transformer looking things with the word "heck" in big bold letters, i've been meaning to get shots of those as well. i'll post them when i get them.
