Above It All: On a High Cliff Overlooking the River Vardar
[previous] :: [next]One warm day in May in Skopje, Macedonia - the Jof and I went up to the Kale Fortress in the older part of the city ('old town'). From what I've found doing some mild post-trip research, archaeological excavations has revealed traces of habitation from the late neolithic and early bronze ages. I can't find anything remotely close to 'exact' for a year span for when the buildings / walls in this entry were built but at least 500 years old .
