It's Been Getting Cold

- David - Friday, September 22nd, 2006 : goo

I've worn a sweater the past two mornings. And, I'm in Asheville, NC right now, it's probably a bit colder in Cleveland. For anyone who's done the same, maybe this will warm you up.
I took this pic at Edgewater park on a 90 degree day. The other three are the sunset from the same day.

double d (an ice cream store on my corner) just closed for the season last week. what a pity.

don't worry, the 'double d' store by my house (a variety store and bargain basement internet cafe) is still open.

the second one is my favorite. my aunt lives in huron by a beach that looks a lot like that, and the crane toward the left reminds me of the crane some developers apparently left near her beach years ago and never moved. plus those colors are great.

the ice cream trucks here in oakland play christmas songs in the heat of september to keep their customers cooler. i always wondered about that place called edgewater.
