it's not marilyn monroe. i think it's betty grable, one of the most classic pin up girls on all time. not 100% sure though...

that vespa can probably do 75 km/h, stock, if its got a 150cc engine in good shape. with a tuned exhaust system (or other mods) installed, you can squeeze a little more horsepower out of your average 150cc, and do a little closer to 100km/h...

Jf @ scootart fixed his with an all out mod kit.... and it reached 130kmh a mild kit ships you to 110 easily
