The side of a laundromat near in the The signage to this place was great but unfortunatly the sun ruined the picture. Once I replace my bike that was stolen this morning, I'll go back and get a new picture.

Sorry to hear about your bike. I have lost a few back wheels and a car stereo over the years, so I know how it feels. When parking a bike overnight in Montreal, the best thing to do is bring it inside and either leave it in your room or lock it to your balcony rail, if you have one. If it must be left outside, keep multiple locks inside that you can take out at night to lock it well. One lock is fine when at class or around town for a meal or the like, but overnight on your dark block, use extra locks, attached to a truly immovable object.

I never would have thought it would have been stolen here. It's such a quiet neighbourhood. The worst part is I just got it fixed literally 12 hours before it was stolen. It was working better than it had been in years. I also just put a new tire on it a couple weeks ago. So many memories with that bike... Oh well.

EvilGentleman: 10th Sep 2006 - 16:36 GMT

Yeah, and remember how I said I had to take my car to the garage on Friday to get some work done on it? The radiator was replaced, but someone did not connect the transmission fluid line to it properly, so a few hours later, I wound up losing all my transmission fluid on Decarie just north of Cote St Luc. I had no choice but to illegally park the car in the reserved diplomatic spot for the Cuban Consular General. Luckily CAA was able to tow my car back to the garage. Hopefully the mechanics will put everything back together when they get back to work on Monday. No car this weekend, really sucks.

That really sucks, that's such a preventable mistake by the mechanic. He should have known better or at least taken a second look.

my trick with my bike is that i make it look lie ka piece of junk, not worthy of thievery, and its one of those old school ones that you can find replacement for the wheels for and such..good luck finding a new one

Commuters, WTC Station

Countless people live in but work in . They take the train into the city each day, and flood out of the stop into the streets above... Often, I have to go against the flow, and walk...
