I'm sorry to post these pictures since everyone has seen the exact same ones a million times but I figured I'd put them up anyway. The first two pictures look over the east end of the city with the much hated/loved Olympic Stadium in the distance. The rest of the photos are look over downtown to the south.

numbers 3 & 4 are beautiful skyline shots, well worth posting.

Pictures can't possibly capture the view up there. It's amazing. Anyone who visits Montreal should venture up the Moutain. It's so amazing.

Wonderful. Montreal is so livable! In the third photo, the building complex with the green roofs in the left foreground is Ravenscrag, home of Sir Hugh Allan of Allan Lines Shipping Co. It is sadly neglected and distorted since Lady Allan transferred it to the Royal Victoria Hospital in 1940; I include a URL to photos of it in its glory from the McGill Archives: http://cac.mcgill.ca/campus/Buildings/Allan_Memorial_Institute.html
Lady Allan's drawing room is located behind the window bay to the left of the portico, while the lounge and hall are in a straight line from the entrance with the main entrance to the drawing room located between the sets of columns.

Train Station Gawkers

I was coming back from Gwang-ju by KTX and when I came out of the train platform I saw a man-mob crowded around some cars...or something. There were two models posing and an eager crowd of men earnestly taking pictures....
