Sirhcbre: 7th Sep 2006 - 03:28 GMTI was just reading about euclid ave the other day. The book is about 8 years old so things may have changed? What is the street like now in 2006? The book didn't have much good to say. Sirhcbre: 7th Sep 2006 - 03:28 GMT...not bad about the street itself, just about how the city was dealing with it. colavitos ghost: 8th Sep 2006 - 14:08 GMTwell, euclid avenue's not in wonderful shape right now. however, things are looking significantly better than they were five years ago. good stuff: now don't get me wrong, there is still a lot wrong with euclid avenue and it will NEVER again be what it once was. that said, i think the city and developers are doing an okay--sorta slow and steady--job of bringing some life back to the once great avenue. Jon: 11th Sep 2006 - 15:49 GMTdont forget the house of blues colaGhost. corparate america is betting on the resurgence of euclid, or at least saying that space there is undervalued.
