Behind the bar at . I learned a bit about the story behind this place. First of all, this bar is owned by which is a couple doors down. There was a real who shined shoes at the original Continental Club in , he has since passed away. When they opened the location, they brought Shoeshine Charlie's podium to place in the new location. They soon discovered the bar down the way and placed the podium in there and they also started to pull some of the siding off the walls and they discovered a whole bunch of old painted on the walls. They removed most of the paneling and named the bar, Shoeshine Charlie's Big Top Lounge!!

I like the lighting behind the bottom row of bottles. Too bad they did not do it for the upper rows as well.

I agree EG. I mean, the lighting is just rope lights, they could've bought another strand and done it up right!
