Most Fero dumpsters have little messages on them. Many just say "no parking" but there are some that say "don't do drugs", "Be Happy" and others that I can't think of off the top of my head. There is a Mexican resturant downtown with a dumpster in the back. It says "no parking" in both English and Spanish.
