what movie was that- "the naked gun," perhaps- where they had humans pooping on a statue of a pigeon? this made me think of that, heh.

Its a pheonix. Just read the little plaque at the bottom of the statue. For those who would like to see it, you can find it at Ryerson University, at the West end of the Quad! Enjoy!
