Chris, that is The Calais at Courtlandt Square, it's a group of New Orleans/French inspired apartments which take on the style of the few blocks that surround them.

Houston gets really bright at night with the Downtown lights the nigtlife, traffic moving. It kind of reminds me of Mexico City.
