I would be more than happy if a big Oreo truck smashed its back in into my house and started unloading thousands of boxes of cookies into my house. I would be forever in bliss.

I would only want that if a milk truck followed!!

Tell you what's gonna suck for those apartment/condos back there... trucks unloading at all hours of the day and night!

Ohh.... I can feel my arteries hardening! More trans-fat please!

do you know, just the title of this post got me going. i am a total homer simpson. i watch adverts going "mmmm. i want one". i can want things i don't want or need. it's just about the wanting. i think i actually make a very patchy consumer, but for the moment of the wanting i am right there.

having the truck back up to your house would be rad! though, im not so sure that living in the "cash & carry" would... heh.

also: i used to live up the avenue from a factory, one which made strawberry pop-tarts. the whole neighborhood smelled like overpoweringly fresh-baked artificial strawberry tarts every morning, starting at about 5am... it always made me so hungry for breakfast while i was on my way to work, heh.

a few years before that, in another neighborhood i used to spend alot of time in, there was a plant that made brownies. oh wow. 24/7 brownie smell. i swear. they dont even have to advertise. with so many plants around , their smell works its own marketing schemae.

not that this has much to do with this post. i just imagined what the truck must smell like :)

maybe i should write a post about the phenomenon, sometime.
