As you probably know, I'm a bit of a scooter nut, so while out for a walk in , I was surprised to find something a tad different from the usual s and s. This one is a , and their website explains that they are an "India-based manufacturer of motorcycles and -style s".

So, I took a look, and of course, snapped some pics, as I had never seen one of these sorts of s before:

It seems to be a rather powerful engine on a apparently low-quality plastic/metal hybrid body. Check out that silver plastic hub-cap on the rear spare! The lack of license plate is a typical method of avoiding a ticket for parking (illegally) on the sidewalk. They can't ticket you without your tag number, and they can't tow you if youre chained to something big and heavy, heh.

Oh, and double-points if you noticed the Drinking Water Sampling Station to which the scoot is chained, or the newer white station-wagon from this entry. Small world, eh? I guess you can only take so many photos of your neighborhood before there starts to be some sort of confluence...

Peter: dude, jpgs!

sean: peter are you Vespa rider?

Peter: yep, i am.
