Colander Cow

We find these two guys - Artsy Cow
and my favorite the Pasta filled Colander Cow
They are just art for arts sake which is cool and they had the desired affect on me when I saw them every morning, they made me smile. We had only moose. And this way back in 2000 when I had a crappy computer with no memory at all so the pictures are stored in small sizes. Lastman got envious at the success of the Chicago project Jeeff mentioned. It was his hope to revive the slumping Toronto tourism. I did go all around the city taking pictures of these four legged creatures. Lemme see if I can find them.
Interestingly, there were a lot of people doing the same thing I did: taking pictures for posterity. I even talked to some of the artists. A few still remain on display but majority was auctioned off for charity. Comment on this article..[previous] :: [next] |
