Things I Love About... Living in the City
[previous] :: [next]Most of my childhood was spent moving from one Canadian Air Force base to the next, with frequent visits to see my grandmother in my hometown of Kahnawake, located across the river from Montreal. Almost every air base I lived on was located in a rural part of the country, so I always looked forward to going home for a visit, since there were so many wonderful things to experience in the city. I think most of us here on citynoise have things we love about the urban world, so why not put together a page where we can share these things, including the many "little things" that have yet to appear in a photo post. This post is the first of my Things I Love About... series, although I must give credit to Micah, whose Things I Love About Public Transit article was the first to see the positive flipside of my Things I Hate About... series. One must always remember to give credit where credit is due. Seebo: 30th Dec 2006 - 16:49 GMTi really just plain dont like living in the city. I like the job opportunities though and that's why I'm here. I like nature and peace and quite more than concrete and traffic. Comment on this article..[previous] :: [next] |
