How to Strangle a Lamp Post

Just a typical lamp post in Montreal. Every time I park downtown, I have to spend 10 minutes staring at the signs and trying to translate French, so I can figure out whether or not I should have actually parked there or not. Only one parking ticket so far (Last night, dammit)

that last one looks like a desktop wallpaper designed by some uber-designer. how surprising that it's an unadultered photo of a lamp post.
