the previous article made me think of a photo i took just before christmas, 2004:
an all-weather delivery scooter in nihombashi
and here are a few others from the same day:
traffic at a standstill along showa-dori, in the shadow of the expressway
a construction site at the west edge of akihabara, where all the skyscrapers were going up.
a barge being pulled along the kanda, south of akihabara.

A really cool Moto I saw in Tokyo were the delivery ones. They had springs on the food container holder so that your food didn't get all mangled on the drive to your apartment. They were rad. No springs in Korea. Poor delivery food.
