Peter: 13th Mar 2006 - 19:55 GMTno, i think its operators are out putting trash in its back-end. note the *two* steering-wheels. nyc garbage trucks are made so you can drive them from either side. i think it makes collecting the garbage easier when youre constantly next to the curb. but when only one person is driving, the other wheel moves as if it has a phantom driver. jack: 13th Mar 2006 - 21:43 GMTin brooklyn around cropsey avenue there is a tall tale of the ghostly garbage man who still comes around at 6am to collect the garbage.
