My wife filmed this on M Street in Georgetown In Washington DC, just before we made a random stop at a tattoo parlor we had never heard of before, Jinx Proof. She wound up with a nice dolphin on her ankle as a souvenir of DC.

i'm scared of getting tatooed. in the army after a rough day of jumps the guys went to have 'rangers' tatooed on their arms. i did'nt. could'nt handel the arm puncture. i'm chicken. so i just watched. they all laughed at me but respected my 'no'.
