In Brooklyn, its not strange to see random things like jumper-cables strung up in a tree; what's apparently strange, however, is when someone stops to take a photo of it!

that is a nice neighborhood if your car cant start then there it is a set of jumpers waiting for you to use. or else the guy using them forgot to put them in his car and when he drove away he got to his destination and shut off his car and later could not start it and said,"where in blazes are my jumper cables".
