great composition. i always want to shoot photos when it rains, but all the water splashing around makes it so tough. any tips?

i've always wanted a water proof kit for such purposes but alas.. shot through the window.

sprinkle milk on the puddles and when the rain hits it, it will show better. by the way can we say that the shopping cart is down under. how i wish we were having a warm rain shower now.
