Melting snow, a rear-window breakin and trash. Strangely enough, this is an often typical scene in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn at times... This article has been viewed 2217 times in the last 2 years jack: 24th Feb 2006 - 17:08 GMTi dont think you can park a postage stamp there, besides it will be stolen before you can use it. i tell my kids, never leave anything within sight of a passerby. always have an empty car in a parking spot. its smart to leave a small note on the window saying, please don't break the window, there is nothing of value in this car, and its too cold outside.
