this is a project that i've been working on for four months, and i've finally finished it.
our hands make us much of what we are. we shield ourselves from strangers, especially in city streets. these nineteen photos are an intersection of those ideas.
i walked the streets of toronto, approached total strangers and asked them to pose for the series. roughly two thirds of the people i asked declined.

wow. i really liked this, and it inspired me, but they were all copy cat ideas. AND makes me really wish i was going to toronto soon.
