a beautiful country with beautiful people and much violence. good movie to see is the constant gardner.

grange: 14th Feb 2006 - 16:57 GMT

Hey Guy , anymore baboon pictures .I love those .

Guy McLaren: 14th Feb 2006 - 17:02 GMT

Jack the violence is over reported and exaggerated, The crime is over reported and exaggerrated. Crime exists world wide, some if the stuff we have can be horrific but stay out of the slums and you can be assured of your safety.

Grange, vervet monkeys do? I will post more in the next few days.

guy: the same could be said about nyc and crime. i empathize!

GGP: wow! lucky you--I like your environment!!

steve: i think those creatures are naturals

Guy McLaren: No steve they are wild and dangerous.

elaine: 19th Feb 2006 - 15:27 GMT

here, the uk, the thing people always say about swans is 'they could break your arm'. why, specifically this, i have no idea. i have never ever met anyone who had their arm broken by a swan, or even heard of a named individual. however, they are big strong wild birds, and it really is just a way of saying 'pretty, yes. not a pet.'

A perfect choice of pictures, seems the animals not only roam the bushes, but swing out onto the road for a faster route.....lol our bears have been know to come out of the bush and crap on the roads, perhaps there is a message in their action,,,,,you think..
