Jamie: 23rd Jan 2006 - 15:17 GMTDoesn’t anyone get married before they have children anymore? elaine: 23rd Jan 2006 - 15:31 GMTcat; jamie; you break my heart. bitterness is corrosive, you know. i instruct you to foster big blooming petally love feelings for 10 mins a day jack: 23rd Jan 2006 - 15:45 GMTthe ride a bike street looks like any street in brooklyn. yes its pitiful that people make their children look like mini brides. it started in the late 1800's when young girls wore white as a sign of purity for Our Lord. it turned into a freak show. just as bad as the 5 and 6 yr old girl models with all the hair teased up. parents can be the ruination of children. it shows how many people should really be in therapy. when i was a kid the girls wore plain white dresses. they looked like summer dresses and they were pretty. but then the italian-american mothers with the $500.00 dresses. i wore my cousins dark suit for my communion. i looked like 'dondi', who remembers dondi? elaine: 23rd Jan 2006 - 15:52 GMTjack, there are lots of streets like that in london. Catherine Penfold-Waxman: 23rd Jan 2006 - 23:04 GMTJamie, you've just not met the right Babe to Bride. jack: 24th Jan 2006 - 14:38 GMTjamie its like this, when you go to buy shoes, you try them on first, dont you. so marriage is like a pair of shoes, you see a pair you like, you slip your foot in one then the other and you stand up. you walk around the store moving your toes to see if there is room in them. yes there is, there is room, they are pretty, you like, so you put down money and they are yours. you go off, and you wear them out on the street and around town. you are proud of the shoes, your happy to be in them. they become your joy in life. time passes, you and the shoes are older, care worn, you start using them for paint jobs and work around the house and in the garden. then comes the day you toss them out in the garbage and you go to a new store and buy another pair. Julian: 26th Jan 2006 - 13:39 GMTI have lots of pairs of shoes under my bed. Does anyone know where I can get them recycled?
