the famous and grand Tate Britain and Tate Modern galleries in london are built on the sweat of the slave labour of the past, for the sugar giant Tate & Lyle. the reality of such sweetness, as grim as a gorilla fur coat. people dislike this kind of information to the point of denial.
my other thing is that sugar is a serious drug. it is the crack cocaine of 'food'. be warned.
