friday morning, i was yanked from my too hot yet air conditioned office and given the cushiest summer student job available at the shell refinery: organizing photographs from the 1950s and 1960's onto a large display board and put other photos in albums. while my peers were working in the heat painting buildings and sweeping (yes sweeping) the large parkinglots i was in the very well air conditioned guest house by myself just photos and my camera. this is the view as you go toward the door, leaving the guest house:
