Manchester (May 2005)
[previous] :: [next]Indykid started something good. I'd like to contribute some of my photographs of Manchester. The following were taken in May of this year, when we were enjoying better weather. Above: Buildings on Chapel Walks.
Above: Millennium Quarter.
Above: Rear of The Triangle, Manchester's former corn exchange.
Above: Some grass between the URBIS and Chethams School of Music. The Triangle is in the background.
Above: URBIS.
Above: URBIS roof.
Above: Looking down the River Irwell towards Chapel Wharf from Victoria Bridge Street. This river seperates the cities of Manchester and Salford.
Above: Trinity Bridge, designed by Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava.
Above: Trinity Bridge viewed from the Manchester side. The Bridge apartments are to the left and the Lowry Hotel is to the right.
