GGP: 2nd Nov 2005 - 19:17 GMTyeah. the snowman is clever. Peter: 2nd Nov 2005 - 19:25 GMTwe just remove em, wash em (to get all the gooey pumpkin-innards bits off of them) and bake them at 350 until they look done or start to brown a bit. thats if you like them dry. the way i prefer them is to wash them, dry them, coat a baking sheet/pan with a tad of olive oil and cook them under the broiler, being careful to stir/flip them now and then so they dont steam on their backsides... dust with salt and crunch away :) GGP: 2nd Nov 2005 - 19:53 GMTthanks, Peter Pumpkinseed Eater!
