crikey! so has this been put up all at once with a big sheet of fablon?

jeeff: 4th Sep 2005 - 04:32 GMT

i think it's just stuck on with many strips of packing tape. what's fablon?

elaine: 4th Sep 2005 - 09:02 GMT

i couldn't see any joins, but yr probly right judging by the light on the creases and the scruffy edge down the side. fablon is a trade name for sticky backed plastic which comes in sheets and is used by old ladies and me for things like pretending the inside of drawers are new and things like that. i changed the front of an ikea chest of drawers with it recently and used to use the clear stuff to cover sketchbooks once i had collaged them. it would be a bit fiddly for a thing like this, but would mean you could attach all the pictures indoors and stick it up outside very quickly

jeeff: 4th Sep 2005 - 15:25 GMT

ah yeah, i know the stuff you mean. that would probably be better than packing tape. personally, i'm a big fan of spray adhesives.

elaine: you're a modern boy

Peter: 6th Sep 2005 - 14:46 GMT

Jeeff;

jeeff: 11th Sep 2005 - 03:37 GMT

"the things i draw come true" - what, like ?

jeeff: how's that for the power of the internet.

VicTOr: 22nd Feb 2008 - 13:51 GMT

The things I draw come true ... Thats part of the Cartoon "Simon and the land of chalk drawnings" it was late 70's none Violent run of kids shows that didnt make us care less about others. Unlike the stuff now .. just a waste of kids minds for the most part..

How old are kids that watched Barny now..?? we gotta watch out for those ones :)

. hehehe..

see you in the spring.2008
