JOEY TPA - THE PUBLIC ANIMALS: 2nd Nov 2007 - 17:27 GMT

Here's a tidbit...even Danny missed it...THE EL-5 tag inside the "CA" That is ROTO, the original leader and head of NCB, (No Comp Boys) brother of SNAC, NCB. *wink* JOEY - THE TPA ORIGINALS.

JOEY TPA - THE PUBLIC ANIMALS: 11th Nov 2007 - 17:09 GMT

Next to the Crime piece is a nice bit of nostalgia...the "TI-149" two-letter thro-up...aka MOVIN', TC, a BMT killah!

TMB'S: 5th Dec 2007 - 02:51 GMT

THE DC-10 TAG NEXT TO THE CA(CAPTAIN AMERICA) DC-10 ALSO WROTE ROBERT 1, HE WROTE WITH SO-ONE AND SI-ONE, TEAR-2,UNCLE JOHN 178 QUEENS 1974

Pros One..1980: 15th Dec 2007 - 02:30 GMT

I never met "CA" aka Captain America, But I know he was from Queens. I hear he died. I think his name was Peter Seneca. I was a young dude when "CA" was doing his thing. His tag was up everywhere. Hime Bobby 85, Shiek, tage 1. They had the unique school style. Anybody know the truth about "CA"

JOEY TPA CREW: 20th Dec 2007 - 07:28 GMT

Queens is right, and good catch on the "DC-10" tag. The Captain disappeared, Tage is no longer with us, Duck 77 is still around, works in a moving company, still living in Woodside, UJ-178....off to another land, Tear..same thing. Bobby 85 also gone from this world. Glad to see Queens catching it's dues.....actually had more kings out of Queens than the Bronx, but thanks to a couple of books in the 80's, Queens was way underrepresented and the Bronx got the press. Set the "bible" straight. Just a few to mention from Queens that took over...Vinny, IZ, DEAN (THe Bad Yard Boys), Jester (The Crew), EX~1, JOEY (The Public Animals), DUKE-9, PI-2 (CIPPY), EDDIE 108, PRO-PAL, SON ONE, CONAN, LADY PINK, LADY HEART, MISS MAGGS, SKY-2, KB (The Super Squad), VADE, EZO, SPICER, FDT-56, K56, 2MAD (Crazy Young Artists CYA), LIL' SOUL, MINGO, SIKE, NEON, VE, KR TSS, DON-1 MAFIA CREW....and the list goes on and on and on....I haven't even touch Brooklyn...also unrepresented in those "bibles" of graffiti. All due props to the Bronx, but the BEE-QUE (Brooklyn Queens) population was greater in numbers and in Kings.

Awesome old skool!!. My man REVOLT with the shotz. Cool JOEY,TPA. for pointing out the TAKI-149 throw-up circa 1974/75. TAKI-149 one of the great old skool Kings of the 1 train, and a brother Soul Artist member. CRIME(aka.AZTEC) was another major player on the 1 train back in 1975-77, GO-Club allies!!!.

FDT56 SALSA!: 2nd Jan 2008 - 20:14 GMT
