the bird man is taking a step up in the world, hmm? thats so new york, to do graffs in cold, grayscale colours.

GGP: 7th Jul 2005 - 16:22 GMT

either the bird person is doing this or someone else is picking up on those labels and going graf. interesting, whatever the story may be.

Peter: 7th Jul 2005 - 16:30 GMT

being curious myself, i dug back through the old posts and found the first pet bird post i made... looks like a pretty close match.

then the image you posted sealed it... same font/bird-character:

GGP: 7th Jul 2005 - 20:02 GMT

ah yes! somehow, in first looking at your original image, I missed the hatchling part and saw only the text. a match indeed. thrilling!

Manuel: 8th Jul 2005 - 08:13 GMT

elaine: 8th Jul 2005 - 16:44 GMT

yeah, it would make a good sticker. i like it's expression.
i got a magpie who eats out on my windowledge, i leave him bacon rind and sunflower seeds. i know he is here cos he sounds like a typewriter. i want to befriend him and be the envy of my friends with a tame killa bird on my shoulder

Peter: jpgs!!

Jamie: You want to marry him don't you.

elaine: 8th Jul 2005 - 17:01 GMT

yes who wouldn't? he's a big handsome boy, just like i like 'em, smart and a bit tough
jpgs, i know. i though of it, but i just knew he would fuck off as soon as i got the camera, but i plan to seduce him further, and hopefully the magpie porn will ensue!

Hi, I have a tame female Magpie as a pet and she wonderful! Everyone is shocked and she is a killing machine, but one beautiful girl. She is very clever and even has my 3 cats and 1 dog under control. You can tame them, but they are damn hard work, mess everywhere, hide their food in places you would not believe and steal everything. You have to watch them 24/7 and more! I'd advise you to carry on feeding on your window, they will learn to trust and then probably bring their babies to feed their too! You will be able to watch for hours and years, but remember, they will learn to rely on you and if you move you will have to wean them from you or he may starve. But enjoy having a wild bird so close.(sasssykellie@hotmail.com)

elaine: 28th Feb 2006 - 08:32 GMT

bring their babies!! OH WOW!!! i hope so, that would be the coolest thing in the entire universe EVAR!

elaine: 1st Mar 2006 - 18:07 GMT

i am almost vomitingly excited! the magpie brought his girlfriend to the window box restaurant today!

Shopping Day in the City

does anyone here see the little girl in this photo. it's saturday, on 14th street, the people, the stores, john's bargain store (gone now), the union shops, there were a few temporary office buildings where people would stand outside...
