jeeff: not only can you, you should. there are so many people i would reccommend not make public art that do. but of all the people that should, youre definitely up there.
also: im not sure thats a bed-frame... i think its one of those crowd-control barricades they put up around carnival rides and along parade routes... its just sitting vertical. see the legs on its right side? writers often snag those and turn em vertically against a wall so that they can use em like a ladder and get up higher on the wall ;)
