yes, bklyn in the prospect heights area. wish I knew who the artist was. and I am very pleased about the crown. I just hope pet bird lives on for a long, long time. I had a parakeet named Loopy as a kid, so these images evoke a very happy feeling!

sticker/label recycling is common... lots of people use USPS/postal labels and "hello, my name is:" stickers, but after those got common and somewhat cliche, people started using seemingly the most random stickers they could find, you know, to be different.
