milling came lifetimes before microchips,
though the latter has taken over where the former failed. somehow oregon forests are still depleted, and driving the costal highways, now littered with clearcuts, requires either courage or tightly clamped eyelids.

I wonder if moss and decay will grow up in defiance to defile concrete things eventually. I know it will grow up over me, seems fair.

These are amazing, wonderful photos. Painful about the clearcutting. The moss is so beautiful and will likely outlive, outcrawl us all.

those are really nice pics dude. That looks like a pretty new mill though. Why is it there? You should investigate. Might just be something for people to see after five minutes of clearcut.
